In addition to good views and staff, the room had a balcony. A wide range of restaurants to eat close by, like Captain Flint's that was only 10 minutes' walk away. Moreover, parking was on-site. It deserves its 4 stars.

The staff were friendly and the food splendid. Distinguished cuisine. It made our trip to Salcombe a GREAT experience.
